Hoshigaki



Do you know "Hoshigaki"?
We Japanese people makes Hoshigaki.
It is dry persimmon.
We dry bitter persimmon .

First we harvest persimmon,and then pill the skin and tied a cord and dry.
so we can remove the astringency of persimmon.
We can eat these in New year !!

I am exciting to eat this!!
